Jerry:  Worst service ever. Service worked for a little then completely sucked. Changed ISP's modems, router, etcs. Same crap. Had to get another voip service that works. Voip.com made me pay $40 just to cancel my service. What a bunch of thieves!!

Doug Jefferson:  I like this product, but seems to work a little better for me! Cheaper + more reliable in some ways.

Tom S.:  Worst service, worst support, borderline frauds. Package took nine days for delivery (on 30 day trial). Naturally, was billed on the day ordered. Every call would all drop at ten minute mark. Could not call another voip.com customer (daughter in college). ZERO support (unless you're willing to surf pages of chat forums). Took three days of calling to get someone to setup a cancellation. Naturally it was one day past the 30 day trial (boy, was it a trial) period. Went back to Vonage and had zero problems since. Before dealing with them check the Florida BBB records.

Kcarrigan:  I've had VOIP since Sunrocket went out of business, and the first year (about 3yrs ago) was spotty at times (so was internet though) but I have Gismo now hooked up for 3+ yrs to WHOLE house, wireless phones, and works 24/7, even have a UPS on computer/Gismo and when power is out, Phone works. Not one complaint now with VOIP.com for last 1-2 yrs, never a problem and it is powering my whole house too. Awesome for $199 yr, not other fees, no 32 pages of Verison, or AT&T, no monthly bills, no 'inside maintenance', no federal fees, state fees, fee fee fee, and no thick monthly bill that no one can understand or read. VOIP ROCKS! It's awsome, beats Vonage at $350+/yr. I have all the feature too, even blocking incoming phones, and 'unknown' callers. You block your caller ID to me, your blocked from calling me. VOIP is awesome.

Charles McLeod:  I had VOIP.com for 1 year - paid in advance. After a year of poor service and connection I switched to another company and was disconnected from VOIP.com the day after my term was up. I was billed $251.+ for the next year of service. I returned their equipment via insured mail and as yet I have not received a refund for the money they withdrew from my credit card. Anyone that has a phone # for VOIP.com besides the 1-800-TRY-VOIP number please post.

Rhonda Terry:  I have never heard of this company, yet I received their equipment in the mail. I then tried to call, spoke with a person named Christopher, who transferred me to an automated system. After 10 minutes of trying to navigate their automated system to find out why I was sent their equipment, I finally called again, only to not be able to get a person from that land line phone. I then used my husband's cell phone to call them, Christopher answered yet again and hung up on me. I called the police department in Indian Harbor Beach, Fl, where their equipment was mailed from after finding out that my credit card has been charged twice, once for $50 and another charge for $34.63. I have no idea how this company got my credit card number or my address, but the police department will be checking them out. Needless to say, I have canceled the credit card, and am disputing the charges with my bank. Scary, especially since I have never heard of these folks in my life, and I don't bank online, so how did they get my credit card number?

disgusted:  Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with...no matter what the product/service is. They are pathetic. If you have problems with their "service", it doesn't matter to them if you cancel or not. They won't refund a dime, referring to their terms of service. It would be one thing if their service was reliable, but it isn't. All you have to do is look at their web forum, which is where they do most of their support.
