Summary
Onebox is a business application intended to be a virtual assistant or PBX system (an intranet for your phone system). Onebox software is designed to route calls, faxes, voicemail and email into a central location. From there, this can all be redirected to “any employee, in any location, anywhere in the world.” Keeping your business and employees constantly connected.

Rather than using VoIP, Onebox utilizes the digital public switched telephone network.  By doing so, it is able to offer uninterrupted service, where its competitors might leave you without phone service.
