disgusted:  Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with...no matter what the product/service is. They are pathetic. If you have problems with their "service", it doesn't matter to them if you cancel or not. They won't refund a dime, referring to their terms of service. It would be one thing if their service was reliable, but it isn't. All you have to do is look at their web forum, which is where they do most of their support.

Rhonda Terry:  I have never heard of this company, yet I received their equipment in the mail. I then tried to call, spoke with a person named Christopher, who transferred me to an automated system. After 10 minutes of trying to navigate their automated system to find out why I was sent their equipment, I finally called again, only to not be able to get a person from that land line phone. I then used my husband's cell phone to call them, Christopher answered yet again and hung up on me. I called the police department in Indian Harbor Beach, Fl, where their equipment was mailed from after finding out that my credit card has been charged twice, once for $50 and another charge for $34.63. I have no idea how this company got my credit card number or my address, but the police department will be checking them out. Needless to say, I have canceled the credit card, and am disputing the charges with my bank. Scary, especially since I have never heard of these folks in my life, and I don't bank online, so how did they get my credit card number?

Charles McLeod:  I had VOIP.com for 1 year - paid in advance. After a year of poor service and connection I switched to another company and was disconnected from VOIP.com the day after my term was up. I was billed $251.+ for the next year of service. I returned their equipment via insured mail and as yet I have not received a refund for the money they withdrew from my credit card. Anyone that has a phone # for VOIP.com besides the 1-800-TRY-VOIP number please post.
