Just-released research by independent market analyst firm Infonetics Research puts MetaSwitch for the first time at the top of its global ranking of VoIP vendors for Class 5 softswitch licenses. According to the report, "Service Provider VoIP Equipment and Subscribers Q1 2009," MetaSwitch is now the number one supplier of Class 5 softswitch licenses with 18.4 percent share.
