Telefonica acquires Jajah for EUR 145 mln (Digital Media Europe)

(Telecompaper) Telefonica has acquired VoIP services provider Jajah for EUR 145 million in an all-cash transaction. The agreement is subject to formal clearance by the Spanish competition authority CNC.
