Town Manager comments on MWRA situation
Despite a generally successful response to the recent MWRA Water Emergency, the Town failed to effectively use its automated messaging system (often referred to as reverse 9-1-1) to alert residents of important information. This system would have been especially useful given the limited impact the emergency had on the Town of Winchester.
