jorge:  I would not recommend this product. Calls are ok, but often drop. However, I started using the product years ago, Net2Phone dropped the rate per minute to 5cents, however continued charging me 10cents on my international calls for over one year. Calls were answered with a "it is now fixed" type of answer, but the bill never changed. Thank god I didn't use it very often. I have now gone to Skype all together. No more Net2phone.

Jack:  The worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of tech support for a serious issue. They continually tell you they are working on the problem when, in fact, nothing is being done. They are extremely pleasant, but lie repeatedly and without a bit of remorse. The tech department that you reach on the phone is actually a customer service center and has no ability to directly contact the real tech support. Prepare to be completely frustrated if you ever need anything major to be corrected.

Chuck:  Yes. They were ok until the caller id stopped working (problem was not with the phone - also didn't work when I connected other phones.) Their support was terrible - never could fix it. I am moving to another provider.
